SolVici Glass ships anywhere in the United States and Canada. If you are an international customer and are interested in placing an order, please contact us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Carrier & Insurance
Due to the fragile nature of the items we sell, we insure every package we ship. We currently ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your SolVici Glass purchase for any reason, please return it within 45 days for a full refund. Please take the following steps to ensure prompt processing of your return.

 | Return the Item
To ensure safe return shipping, package up your item in the original packaging and return it to the address provided on your packing slip. It is very helpful if you include a copy of the packing slip to aid in the identification of your shipment. |
 | Reimbursement
Once we have received your return shipment, we will acknowledge receipt via email and will immediately refund your full purchase price minus original shipping costs. Your Paypal account will be credited with your refund. |
